Preserving our lake.
Because it’s home.

The Lake Wesserunsett Association is a volunteer-run non-profit. Our mission is to preserve, enhance, and protect Lake Wesserunsett and its watershed.

We need your help to keep the lake healthy and safe.

Our main activities are designed to support three key things:

  • Ensuring the lake is safe on a daily basis for all visitors

  • Protecting our dear loons

  • Keeping the watershed ecosystem healthy

Regular action is critical to ensuring the long-term health and viability of the lake.

We need everyone’s help to make sure it stays this way. Whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours to contribute, there are ways you can help the lake.

“My favorite thing about the lake?
It’s like coming home.”

Land and Watershed Conservation

Our new watershed conservation plan is designed to help us protect the lake even more, by focusing not just on the lake but the entire watershed region. The watershed is the area surrounding and impacting the lake. Learn more about this initiative and donate to the Rapid Response Land Conservation fund here:
